Filing of Recovery Applications:- Creditors can file applications for the recovery of dues. The DRT evaluates these applications and proceeds with the necessary legal actions.
Issuance of Recovery Certificates:- Once a decision is made, the tribunal can issue recovery certificates to enforce the recovery of the specified amounts.
Attachment and Sale of Assets:- If necessary, DRTs can order the attachment and sale of properties or assets of the debtor to recover the dues.
Resolution of Disputes:- DRTs facilitate the resolution of disputes through hearings and provide a structured process for addressing grievances related to debt recovery.
